Thanks for reaching out to the forums! We are sorry to hear about your issue and would like to help out. This particular issue may have been caused by cancellation of a cloud sync function recently. I am linking thew Forza Support page that lists troubleshooting steps for lost data on console and pc. I've lost all my progress, what do I do? – Forza Support (forzamotorsport.net). If you still have a syncing issue after you complete the troubleshooting steps provided by Forza Support, you can submit a "Lost save data ticket" and the Forza team will do their best to help you recover your lost data. Please let us know if this solves your issue.
