Forza Horizon 4 freezes after the launch

Hi! Installed FH4 recently and after the game is launched and i logged to my account i just see this screen and nothing happens. Game is on Steam. (btw, it's not actually freezing, npcs moving on the background, sound is on, just a menu doesn't appears)
Starting the game offline didn't help too
Also tried checking local files on steam, everything's fine

Thanks a lot for your warm welcomes and reply!

Yes, I've got the latest version of Windows 10 (just updated it, rebooted my, tried again and it didn't work)

I've also tried clearing "Temp" folder, but it didn't worked too

Another detail: just after reinstalling Win 10 on my computer I tried logging into my Microsoft Accound so many times to remember my password, after that i saw a message that my acc is blocked for too many log-ins (it was delivered around 5 mins after i logged into my acc) and i have to visit a microsoft site for some information. Unfortunately, i can't remember where i've seen this message to find it.
But i can easily log in at microsoft website, store and other products

have issues trying to launch the game after reinstallation, you may want to try our

game freeze solution for situations like this.
