Forza Horizon 4 freeze / crash

    Forza Horizon 4 freeze / crash


    I"ve just recently acquired a xbox one x. Before this I had the Xbox one S, always played forza no problem until I got the one x. Now it always freezes and then crashes to Xbox home. I've uninstalled and reinstalled 4 times and still the same thing. I've
    deleted my local save and then it works. But then when I go to play it again at another time, and it doesn't work again. Is there a permnant solution or just have to keep deleting local save before playing?

    Forza Horizon 4 wont start

    Hi Joakim,

    Sorry to hear Forza Horizon keeps crashing right after the picture.
    If Forza Horizon 4 is disabled from being a background app it may crash or hang when suspending and resuming. check whether the setting is set to Off: Privacy > Background apps > Forza Horizon 4 > Off. Please keep this setting On.

    It doesn't run for me either. Windows 11 + Forza Horizon 4 or 5 = Crash and Burn
