Forza Horizon 4 Fortune Island

So I got the normal version on christmas, which is a bit back now. Since I've been playing more and more of the game, I decided to get the gold upgrade pack which basically upgrades my game from the standard to gold version. But when I wanted to give Fortune
Island a try, it didn't let me. The game says that I have to install the DLC, but when I hit that install button on the game, it takes me to the store, which then says it's already installed. If I remember correctly, I let the gold pack update in one go, could
also be that I had to do it in 2 because it got late and I continued it on the next day.

I've read about it a bit, but the only solution was that I have to re-install the entire game. I would like to know if there are any other ways. My download speed it beyond slow, it would probably take me more than one day downloading everything, even if I
don't touch it.
