Meu forza horizon 4 fecha sozinho quando eu começo o jogo e aparece a imagem do controle. Eu já tentei reinstalar o jogo, reiniciar o meu xbox mas nada tem efeito

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums.

In regards to this matter, since uninstall the game, and restarting your console did not do the trick for you, what I would recommend is that you perform a soft

factory reset on your console.

This will essentially reboot the operating system [OS] of the console so that it may have a fresh start and perform as expected. This can be done by following these simple steps:

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
Select System > Settings > System > Console info.
Select Reset console.
On the Reset your console? screen, you'll see three options:
- Reset and remove everything. This option resets the console to factory settings. All user data, including accounts, saved games, settings, home Xbox associations, and all games and apps will be deleted. You should use this option when selling
  or gifting the console to someone else. You should only use this option as a last resort in some troubleshooting cases.
- Reset and keep my games & apps. You should use this option as your primary choice when troubleshooting. It will reset the OS and delete all potentially corrupted data without deleting your games or apps. This will save you from downloading
  or reinstalling the large game files. In some cases, if a corrupt game file is causing the issue you're troubleshooting, you may have to choose
  Reset and remove everything, but you should always start with
  Reset and keep my games & apps and save Reset and remove everything as a last resort.
- Cancel. To back out of this screen, simply select the
  Cancel button. No action has been taken at this point. This is a safe exit from this screen.

I would encourage you to use the Reset and keep my games & apps option so as to get you back to gaming as quickly as possible.

Take in mind that this will remove any account on your console and home Xbox association so be sure to have your password in hand.

There are 10 different fixes to try on that article so definitely try them all one by one and let us know which one helped!

Computador montado agora, instalação limpa, windows 10 pro, configuração compatível, instalação do jogo feita 3 vezes.

Ainda não entendo pq na abertura no modo campanha acontece isso. Não faço ideia, parece que tem uma centenas de jogadores com esse problema e ninguém consegue resolver. Agradeço pela ajuda.

No entanto continuou com problema e pior, sem jogar :'(

Thanks for reaching out to Xbox forums support. I'm sorry to hear about the issue that you're experiencing with FORZA.

I would suggest uninstalling / reinstalling the game but since you've already tried that... If you haven't done so already, go ahead and try performing a Soft console Factory
reset on your console by doing the following:

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Settings.

Select All Settings.

Select System.

Select Console info & updates.

Select Reset console. [KEEP MY GAMES AND APPS]

Make sure you have both your email and password on hand as you will be asked to sign back in. There is an option to delete everything and to save your games and apps; choose the latter.
