for a while now I haven't been able to play Forza horizon 4 on my account. whenever I try it says error e47-0-invalid profile. I've tried many things and so far nothing has solved the issue.

if you would check the xbox website it says that forza 4 has a temp outage

That looks like a Windows 10 error, but is indicating a profile issue, which I saw

outlined in this thread. The original poster did not respond if the resolutions provided resolved the issue, but I would start with trying those steps.

Verify that you can log into the Xbox App on Windows 10, or if there are any errors listed when you log in, or in the Settings > Network tab in the app and let us know what it says there (if you can get to that part).

for the last half year?

I just had a look around and found this on a year old topic asking the same thing:

"I play on pc,formatted,re installed.logged on to my microsoft profile and then signed out. Wait for about 1 min then log back in.It then performed a sync and I was able to get all my progress back in Forza."

Not sure if you have tried that or not...although the poster then posts later to wait 30 minutes.
