Forza Horizon 4 dont work, want to refund.

Hello community!

So i bought few hours back Forza Horizon 4 standart package, but seems like the game is just keep crashing and wont let me play and yes i do have recommended specs for game.

I tried to find place where i can do the refund, cause what is the point of haveing a game, when it dosent work. But apparently im not abel to refund game aswell.

So heres my question, is this what microsoft does? Takeing money from programs/games what dosent work and dosent let people to ask a refund?

I feel like i got robbed!

If anybody knows how to get money back from microsoft then i would appreciate!

Are have the last version on Windows and the drivers from GPU?

So a buddy of mine told me once that he buys and returns digital games to xbox all the time just says his kid bought it and played it and unfortunately he didnt impletment any parental locks because he shouldnt be on there anyway. Xbox tell him to add
the locks he never does and every month or so he does it again and he always gets his refund. The bit i find funniest is he doesnt even have a kid.

I did reply before, my pc is strong enough to run the game, its just crashing all the time, already tried to fix and nothing dident work, just want my money back.
