Forza Horizon 4 Doesnt load up

Hello,

Recently I bought Xbox Game pass (For PC) and downloaded Forza Horizon 4 on my Computer. Unfortunately after i downloaded and installed game through the Xbox app i cannot play game or get it working.

After i start up the game and intro finishes i got to the menu which says press any button to start. When i do that i recieve message straight the way saying " an unknown error occurred try again later". I cannot get to menu or do anything about that. I
have tried reinstalling the game few times and downloading directly from the Microsoft store but it didn't help.

I have latest version of windows 10. My system runs on MSI GTX 1050ti, Ryzen 5 2600x and 16GB of ram (DDR4 3200MhZ). Could you advise me how to sort the problem out?

see if the game is updated and if it is try unistalling and install again if it dosent work idk

here are a few things you can check:

check if windows is up to date.

check if your game is up to date.

in the store also make sure that other app such as game bar and game services(if required by the game) are also up to date (in the store: ...>downloads and updates>get updates )

check that you are running the latest graphic driver.

you can:

let windows update update the drivers automatically (sometimes might not detect that the driver need updating).

manually download the driver via the link bellow.

use Nvidia GeForce experience to automatically detect and install the latest compatible Game ready driver for your card. also available via the link bellow.

Sorry i have tried all of those solutions and none of those worked. Any other ideas?

1. My system is up to date already

2. Game is freshly installed and up to date

3. I have installed latest graphic drivers from version (436.48) to (441.97) and problem didin't get solved

Could that be problem with fact that my GPU is overclocked?

i would also recommend getting in touch with the forza support forum as they maybe able to give more knowledge and infromation on the game its self
