Forza Horizon 4 DLC Purchased but not available.

So on Forza Horizon 4 you get a 7-car pack if you have a digital version of the game (which I have).

With this, you should be able to collect the 7 cars for free. However, it says purchased, but I still have to spend 300.000 in game credits to access a car.

As far as I know, I am the only one with this problem.

Paul from the Xbox Forums Team here to assist with the issue, it looks like you want to receive the extra DLC content for Forza Horizon 4. If you haven't received the content you can try to do a

Power Cycle of the console. If that doesn't work removing your profile and re-adding it back to the console may help as well. Before you remove the profile please make sure you know the log in information for the account. Please let us know how it goes.

Hi, that's the norm for the Forza games, those cars are added to the Autoshow but you have to use in game credits to add the car/s to your garage. If a car is free it will state that when you go to purchase the car rather than a price.

For example I have cars that say OWNED but there is still an in game cost to add the cars to my garage, the same applies to the James Bond Car pack, those all show as owned but each has a price.

Forza 4 has been delisted along with its DLC from the store

Forza games typically remain available for 5 years, until their music and car licenses expire. After that you cannot purchase or redeem their items

The next game to be delisted will be Forza Horizon 4 sometime around September 2023

that is an addon(DLC) for Forza Horizon 4, you can either purchase the main game or purchase gamepass and get access to the main game.

If you have verified under "Manage" games that the DLC packs are indeed installed. A screenshot of the Forza Horizon 4 install and DLCs would help as well. Then you need to reach Level 20 according to the Forza official support page:

Also on this same page, you will notice "Submit a Ticket". This is the place to go for Forza support. They can look into any Forza specific problems.

The DLC for Forza Horizon 1 and 2 is no longer available for purchase, if you can find a code that hasn't been used, you should be able to redeem it to get the DLC
