forza horizon 4 dlc disappeared

hi, i bought horizon 4 and later all dlc´s, cars and vip pass. i really enjoyed playing all of this stuff . now when i try to go to fortune island or wanna use a dlc car, the game say that i have to purchase it before i can play it. in the store it shows
me that the dlc s are installed but in-game not. i tried to deinstall and install it again with the lego map but it wasnt possible. the store shows me that i have to buy it again.... i put 100 bugs in this game to play everything and it doesnt work, this pisses
me off.

This isn't a change. DLC in Forza 4 and Forza Horizon worked the same way.

To add up, I also installed other games at the same time, such as riftbreaker and Forza horizon 4, but they didn't disappear.

So i have the same problem, i bought a game like 5 days ago got a high influence level and already So much unlocked but ive got problems with all DLC's i got Ultimate Edition with vip and everything, it was working at the begining but now it says i have
to buy them through the Microsoft store. I need help as fast as its possible.
