    Hello,

    I've just upgraded my console few days ago (from One S to Series X) and i am missing my Forza horizon 4 Complete configuration (which was initially bought and installed as a Digital product on the One console.

    I also have Game Pass

    I've migrated via the network tool, set my console to Home and when in-game FH4, all my DLC's are missing (they have to be bought) yet most of them can be found on the drive (e.g Fortune Island).

    Even so, i can't access it in game. You can also see that i had all DLC's because i initially bought and Upgraded some vehicles (e.g Alfa Romeo Stelvio) and after the upgrade it's not available anymore. Now when i try to ride those, it forces me to pay the DLC.

    What i am afraid is that an update overwrote the installation on the initial One console so that it became the Gamepass variant.

    Help.

    Xbox series S, game not working

    Hi

    Forza Horizon 4 is now an Series X|S Optimised Xbox One game. Optimised games can only be run from either internal storage or the optional expansion card. If you move an Optimised or Series X|S game to an external hard drive it can no longer run from this type of drive, it can only be stored there. That's what the two apposing arrows represent.

    Optimized for Series X

    There are some Xbox One games in there like Gears 5, Sea of Thieves, Forza Horizon 4 and a few others.

    These 'Optimized' games will need to be installed internally or on to the Expansion card.

    External USB Storage can hold all games, but Series X/S games or optimized Xbox One games can not run from USB Storage.

    Hi I've tried reset options on my xbox one s and one x it worked but xbox series consoles do not work so i tried offline system update on series x it's worked only for one day i earn achievements in Forza Horizon 5 hot wheels dlc but in the next day it didn't worked no notification or sound anything,so i tried my friend xbox series x this same problem happening looks like it's a Microsoft side issue.
