    I tried to start up Forza Horizon 4 today, and the game closed instantly. I checked my library and Forza was missing. When I went to order history, it was "cancelled." It was the full version of the game which I received a key for. Does anyone have any
    ideas?

    Best option would be to visit your
    Microsoft Account page    , go to Payments & Billing > Order History and find the "canceled" order. From there, click "Get order help" underneath it, and that will provide some methods on how best to reach the billing department about your purchase. They
    will be able to provide more specific details on why that order was cancelled.

    Might also want to review your Payment Options under Payments & Billing on
    your Microsoft Account page     to verify that your payment methods are up to date, not expired, valid, and don't have any errors listed.
