Forza Horizon 4 (Digital PC Download) launching, but not loading in???

So very recently (4 days before post date, so that would be Wednesday 8th April) I bought Forza Horizon 4 because for the first time, I could actually afford it (£24.99 down from £49.99), so I made the purchase. For 2 days everything was perfect. I say perfect,
there were a few features blocked due to parental controls but I wasn't too bothered by that. Then all of a sudden the game wouldn't load. It would launch just fine but when it got to this phase:

nothing happened. No progression from this point, just the loading wheel in the bottom right turning for all eternity. Whats more, task manager claims:

that there is little or no disk or network activity. I have tried EVERYTHING:

1. Uninstalling and reinstalling

2. Uninstalling and reinstalling onto a different drive

3. Moving the game onto a different drive using the Windows App Manager

4. Reset the game using the Windows App Manager

5. Resetting my internet network router

6. Checking if my firewall is blocking it (which it isn't)

7. Launching the game disconnected from the internet and the reconnecting afterwards (don't really know what I was trying to achieve with this one)

8. Asking Xbox gamers off the Xbox site (to no avail)

9. Asking Microsoft Tech Engineers off the Xbox site (to no avail)

10 Asking the game Devs to try and give me an explanation (they have blanked me for 2 days now)

So now I turn to the Internet. SAVE ME, from this looming Tsunami of boredom that prepares to crash down on top of me, for I literally have nothing else to do, which makes isolation FUN, right...If you need more details, I'll try my best, but you'll have
to ask for them because I can't remember absolutely everything while writing this, so you might jog my memory by querying.

Any help is better than no help by this point, cheers

On Wednesday the world got its first playable review of Forza Horizon 4 with the launch of the official game demo for Xbox One and Windows 10 PC. You can

download the Forza Horizon 4 Demo before the Early Access starts September 28 for the customers that

pre-ordered the Forza Horizon 4 Ultimate Edition digital bundle.

I have since got a refund, so my game has been uninstalled, so NO NEED to worry anymore....right??

Do you have Forza Horizon on a physical disc, or as a digital download?

Only digital downloads provide ownership for both systems.

Also as Ackis already mentioned, make sure you bought Forza Horizon 4 on the same account that you use on Xbox One and PC.

If you bought it on a different account that has your console set as "Home Console", all accounts on the Xbox One can play the game on that console, but not on the PC.

Only the account that actually purchased the game digitally can download it on Xbox AND the PC.

Yes, purchased the XBOX ONE version and I'm signed into the same account on the Xbox as the PC. I can see the other games we've downloaded digitally on the PC but only Forza Horizon 4 appears on the Xbox.
