Forza Horizon 4 Demo Fh001 Problem

Hello, I'm a Chinese high school student, two weeks ago I wanted to try the demo version before buying Forza, but every time I open forza I always get Fh001 Error code....

I tried turning off the integrated graphics card, I tried reinstalling the system, restarting the computer, installing Microsoft Visual C++ etc. but all to no avail, I spent two weeks trying to find a way to fix it...

please help me

OK, after l delete the one l download before lm able to download the one you give it to me.

And l submit a tickit to forza support

According to Forza support this means the following:

Failed to load or initialize the Target Hardware Profiler dll.

This could be because of a missing Visual C++ redistributable. This should be installed by the store:

Other initialization errors might cause the THP dll to fail to initialize. If you are still receiving this error after you download the redistributable, please submit a ticket below and attach your DXDIAG so one of our Customer Advocates can investigate.
