Forza Horizon 4 crashing when loading

Hello, so I've just re-downloaded Forza Horizon 4 onto my PC, and the game just refuses to run for some reason I can't figure out. SO the game starts normally, and even syncs data normally, but when I try to continue to the loading screen, it constantly crashes. Specifically at the 'Optimizing for your PC' part. I've tried to run it as Admin, but there is for some reason literally no option to do so from the Windows 11 start menu, I've tried Re-Installing it to different hard drives and have the same issue, and I've tried resetting and repairing the app from within the settings app. I've tried everything I can think of and it still crashes. I also have Forza Horizon 3 and 5 on the same system, and both run perfect. I'm not sure if it could be DLC causing the issue, as I do have the VIP, Treasure Map, Fortune Island, and Formula Drift car pack DLC installed. Can anyone help me figure out what the problem is here, because I'm at a loss.

System specs:

16GB DDR4

Hi Joakim,

Sorry to hear Forza Horizon keeps crashing right after the picture.
If Forza Horizon 4 is disabled from being a background app it may crash or hang when suspending and resuming. check whether the setting is set to Off: Privacy > Background apps > Forza Horizon 4 > Off. Please keep this setting On.

That's strange, it happens just with Horizon 4.

Ok, probably might be a corrupted file.

So, let's try this, first, make sure your windows and all its services are up to date:

Open Settings, click Update and Security and then Windows Update;

Click Check for Updates;

Click the Download and Install Now option, if available;

Also, check the Microsoft Store for any updates on the Xbox apps and its services.

Then try this:

Go to windows settings > apps > search for gaming services app > click on it and select advanced options.

After that, click repair and then restore, open the app and try again.

Then do the same for the Xbox app:

Go to windows settings > apps > search for Xbox app > click on it and select advanced options.

After that, click repair and then restore, open the app and try again.

Then, try to uninstall and install the Xbox app.

If it still doesn't work you're going to uninstall the games services using a powershell command, then you're going to open the gamepass app, it will ask you to download and install the game services again :

In the windows search bar type Powershell > Right click and select open as administrator > Type the command: "get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-Appxpackage –allusers" > Wait for the process to finish and then restart the PC, then open your Xbox gamepass app, it will ask you to install the gaming services again, install it and try again.

If neither of those procedures works, try to restore your PC's OS via the ISO image tool, using that tool you will be able to maintain your installed games and files.

I started having the same problems on the same date, I reinstalled the game 4 times and did what you said but it still didn't work.
