Forza Horizon 4 Crashing Immediately After opening

As of the past couple of days, Horizon 4 has been crashing for me. I've already uninstalled and re downloaded it, but that didn't change anything. Its installed on a hard drive, but when I move it to my ssd, it works fine. I have the latest drivers for
Nvidia, and don't have anything that should interfere with Horizon.

Also, if this doesn't seem to help
We suggest (if it hasn't already been done) a reset of the console
since
the problem might be on the actual OS of the console so we would suggest a
Soft Factory Reset(while
keeping games and apps) Before resetting your console make sure of the following:

There is a stable network connection.
The information for all profiles is known (email and passwords)

Once the setup is complete it will ask if we want to keep settings or manual setup let's do
manual setup.

Give it a shot and let us know of any changes!

Thank you for reaching out. Before suggesting any further troubleshooting, could you clarify what is going on with the storage situation? From what I can see on here, the game works fine when in the SSD but is experiencing these crashing issues when stored
on your mechanical drive, is this correct? We hope to hear back from you soon!

Yes, that is correct. I initially moved it over to my ssd, and the game worked as expected. I then tried to move it back to my mechanical drive, and it gave me an error. I then uninstalled and re downloaded to the mechanical drive, but the crashing persisted.

Hi Joakim,

Sorry to hear Forza Horizon keeps crashing right after the picture.
If Forza Horizon 4 is disabled from being a background app it may crash or hang when suspending and resuming. check whether the setting is set to Off: Privacy > Background apps > Forza Horizon 4 > Off. Please keep this setting On.
