Forza Horizon 4 Crash

I have a problem with the game Forza Horizon 4 when the game starts after a few minutes i get Crash the first time the problem still for four days I did everything to fix it and the problem was not resolved then I contacted with Microsoft support and the
problem was solved after two weeks the same problem happened but this time i do hard reset for pc then i get last update for windows, drivers, card graphics, microsoft store and every programe on pc even calculator i reinstall Forza and the download take 14
hours after that started game and the crash happen i tested GPU and CPU its work great and there is no any problem with other games the problem only with games from xbox , why this problem occurs repeatedly and was not solved by Microsoft and Xbox This is
not the first time that the problem has occurred, and even if you solve the problem I will still be afraid to occur again and I think that the best solution is to get away from all the games related to Microsoft and Xbox
