    Yesterday, I purchased the game from a store, as I don't have a very big internet plan at my home to download the entire 90gb game. So when I try to open it, it crashes immediately, it doesn't even opens. After wasting hours of time, I get to know from many
    places that, we cannot play the game in windows 10 20h2,

    we need windows 10 1903/1909. I have kept the game installed, I haven't deleted it, all I want to know is when is Microsoft going to fix this issue?? I know they release two updates for the OS every year, one is for security and the another is performance
    related, the recent was in October 2020, and as far as I know, it was a security update, and now it's December 2020, I want to ask that are they going to fix this problem in the upcoming OS update?? I read on a website that they are going to release 21h1 in
    first half of 2021, and it's going to be a performance related update, which is going to comprise of many new features, but the author of the post on the website also said, there is no guarantee about the features mentioned in the article, and the main thing
    is, nothing was said regarding this issue, so I want to ask that, are they also going to fix this issue in the update or we have to wait till the first-half of 2022??

    If Forza Horizon 4 keeps crashing on your PC, it may also be triggered by some RAM issues. In this case, it is necessary to clear your standby memory before you play Forza Horizon 4. You can clear your standby memory by using RAMMap, a freeware from Microsoft. :D Let me know if that helps!
    Hey, thank you for replying really annoyed with the issue as it is since the time of first installation. I did try RAMMap but nothing works. Please see if there could be any other ways I think I have tried most of them.

    Yesterday, I came across this article about Forza Horizon 4 in the Microsoft FAQ part somewhere that the 20h2 version of the windows doesn't support the game. I couldn't find any solutions for that please go through this issue once and let me know.

    You can try to find the crash logs on the Windows software known as Event Viewer. There, find Forza Horizon 4 and check what's the crash log around the time the game stopped working.
