Forza Horizon 4 content does not show up on Xbox.com or any other websites. Only in the Xbox ...

As the subject mentions, this has been a problem since launch of the game. I am unable to view anyone's Forza Horizon 4 content on Xbox.com or any of the third party websites like xboxdvr.com. I am only able to view them on Xbox apps on mobile and windows
10. This same exact bug has happened with Forza 7, Sea of Thieves, the new Minecraft; It seems to happen with recent play anywhere first party games.

In the case of the other 3 examples, they all resolved themselves after a few weeks, or were fixed by someone somewhere.

Can we please get a fix for Forza Horizon 4 content asap? It is really inconvenient, especially as a Mac user, to have no easy way to view and download my Forza Horizon 4 content on desktop/web...

Is Microsoft Xbox Support even aware of this issue?

Für das Spiel Forza Horizon 4 (disc version), sah ich im Netz öfters das Cover mit der Aufschrift "Nur für Xbox One Konsole". Bedeutet das, dass ich das Spiel dann nur auf Xbox spielen kann, da es doch hies, dass man das Spiel sowohl auf Xbox als auch Win10
kannn?

Habe mir vor gut einer stunde forza horizon 4 ultimate edition im microsoft store gekauft (win10)

aber es ist nicht in der bibliothek die 99,99,- sind vom konto schon abgebucht und unter bestellverlauf wird es auch nicht angezeigt

mache auch die ganze zeit mit dem support rum aber keiner weiß irgendwas…

Have you contacted the support teams from the 3rd party websites? There may be technical issues with supporting those games.

Did you miss the part where i said even Xbox.com doesn't show the content? It is an Xbox/Microsoft issue, completely.

 

This is still an issue. How do I make someone on Xbox Support aware of this to actually fix the bug and hopefully prevent it from happening for future games?
