Forza Horizon 4 Cloud Saves Issue

So I had two devices. One device I had played Forza Horizon 4 for a long time. Then I downloaded Forza Horizon 4 on a second device. I did not let it sync because I did not want the save from the other device. The second time I loaded the game it gave
me an option to sync with a cloud save with my current device or my first device and I chose to sync it with my first device but I canceled it midway through. Then later when I came back to my original device it automatically synced with the cloud save from
the second device it did not even provide me an option. I reset the game data and opened the game. Still synced to the save from the other device. I need help from an Xbox Official to recover my cloud save as I was not able to access these saves on my pc.
Both Devices are Windows 10 PCs.

I have played Forza Horizon 4 on PC and Xbox and my save data is the same.

When you started the PC version did it ask you to download your Cloud Save?

Im realy sorry to tell u this from what u have said it looks like the save data has been overwritten. You can try customer support but in some games u only get a single save slot in the cloud I would still contact just to make sure..

Hi HorizonChampOne, far from me the idea of being a harbinger of bad news but if the cloud backup has been rewritten with new data,
the old one is lost body and well. I already had the problem on another game between 2 Xbox One, and have never been able to recover it. Fortunately I hadn't done much in the game ...

Aside from contacting live support and hoping they could do something,
I don't see who will be able to help you. Good luck and good day !

For example I have downloaded Forza Horizon 5 but can't play it on the cloud. But can play Forza 4 on cloud
