Forza Horizon 4 "Closed Privilege"

Hello

I've got a problem in Forza Horizon 4. I can't open the "Fin new Tunes" or i cant share photos becouse the following error pops up "Locked Privilege This feature is blocked per your XBOX LIVE parental control setting"

I'm playing on Pc , and I dont have any Parental things turned on.

I hope there's a way to solve this problem.

Damn, some people need to get over the fact that it's NOT Forza 5, it's Horizon made by a bunch of different people. It's Forza on open road. If you like Forza on closed circuit than you can stick with Forza 4. And it doesn't make it more of an arcadey racer
just because it's not on closed circuits.

I couldn't found the solution for this problem on the forzamotorsport forum , and i can't post there because i can't log in thanks to this error : There was a problem retrieving your account information from Xbox LIVE. Please sign out and try again. Make
sure to give Forza Motorsport permission to access your account information.

And i dont have an Xbox.

 

Im still looking for an answer , Dear Microsoft.

Have you gone to Xbox.com and look over the account's privacy settings?

Since you don't have an Xbox, you may change privacy settings on Xbox.com for your Xbox account. Follow this link to see instructions on how to access your privacy settings online:

Let us know if you can change those settings or if everything is set to allowed.

 

So i made an other microsoft account and added my main account as a child to it. Tehn i turned off every option that blocks permissions and it didn't work as it should. Here is a picture.

To protect your privacy please don't post pictures with your full name on it.

I would suggest not adding the main account as a child under another account you made, as the main account is the one that said had had the restriction so adding it as a child account will only make it so that the adult account can only change the privacy
settings for your main account.

If your main account is an adult account based on age, then you should be able to change your own settings without needed to create another account to manage the main accounts settings.

That is only required for child accounts.

If you can, remove your account from the family settings and go to Xbox.com and manage your privacy settings for the main account.

Let us know the results.

 

I cant even reach my profile settings due to this error.

The system thinks that I'm a child and it didn't gives me a chance to manage my settings? It's interesting.

I removed myself from the family by the way , and the set of birthday of this account is way more than 18-22 years.

The birthdate that was set when the account was first created and a Gamertag given to that account cannot be changed.

Whatever birthdate you put when creating the account for the first time will remain unchanged until the account becomes 18 years of age. Varies based on the regional laws.

The age can be changed on the Microsoft account, but that does not change the birthdate that Xbox.com has. Child accounts cannot manage their own settings. If the system thinks your account is a child account, it's because it more than likely is a child
account.

I think the best course of action right now is to speak to a phone support agent to get to the bottom of this. Go to
Xbox Customer Support, log in to your account and follow the portal to request a callback to your desired phone number.

I hope you can get this resolved.

 

I don't think i can express myself in English that much to talk to the support.

So the fact is . everyone who has a child account can't enjoy the game that much as others even if the game doesnt require that much an age to play it ? Aren't any options available or i have to wait a whole year to share my photos and find new tunes in Forza
?

If you go to the support website I linked and follow the portal to log in to your account, you can request a callback and put your region and number and if phone support in your region is available, you will get a call from someone you can communicate with.
There is also chat support and there is channels so that you may speak your preferred language.

Uh oh... that shouldn't have happened.

That is a forum thread with support numbers all over the world in supported region so you may find a support number there for your region.

If your main account is a child account it will need a verified adult account to make any changes to privacy settings.
