Forza horizon 4 car pass not appear installed offline

Hello

I am owning digital version of forza horizon 4 ultimate edition

Installed on my xbox one

The problem is that car pass bundle cant be used unless am having internet connection

My xbox is already set to home consule

If i check in store . Carpass addon will show as owned

If i checked in manage addons on consule lego and fortune island and other dlcs are shown as installed but car pass not shown there

If i added a car to my garage from one of car pass bundle cars while online .. i still cant use that car once am offline and a messege will appear saying to buy that car from store market
Tryed reseting my consule network and system nothing change

The only ones it allows you to install are forza 4 formula drift cars, forza 4 fortune island, forza 4 lego speed champions and forza 4 best of bond. The others do not appear. This is the description for this bundle.

Hi Err0r6491, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

Please connect your console to the Internet connection first and then what we initially need to do is to quit the game and perform a power cycle in that way once you launch the game your in-game data will just re-sync.

Kindly quit the game and follow the steps below before you re-launch the game.

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

Once done, you can then again set your console offline then play the game.
