    Forza Horizon 4 - Can't navigate Xbox login popup


    I launched Forza Horizon 4 from Steam, got into the start game screen, and when it asked me to login to my xbox account, but I was too late to realise I logged into an account which I no longer habe the means to authenticate. Now I'm stuck on this screen; whenever I press escape or cancel, it closes the window, and when I open it back up, it lands me back into the same authentication screen. I don't see a sign out button anywhere either.

    I have already tried reinstalling the game but I still keep getting this screen.

    Is there a way to clear my account info out so I can log in with a different account? Or is there a hidden way to log out of my account somewhere? Please help.

    I can't sync to the cloud

    The two games I've tried are Forza Horizon 4 and Forza Motorsports 7. After I open the game I get a popup that reads "We can't sync your data with the cloud right now." Then it asks to play offline or try again.

    Edit: I fixed it. I went into settings > Notifications > then it asked me to sign into xbox. This is so stupid.

    Thank you very much for helping. It happens to every game (Forza Horizon 3, Horizon 4, Forza Motorsport 7) and other non Microsoft games, When I tried to navigate the Microsoft Store with the controller, I can't seem to roll down.

    Z Axis acts as if it was being pressed constantly
