Forza Horizon 4 - cannot connect to session (Error 0x80600208)

Intro:

- Valid Windows 10 1903 build 18985.1

- Valid FH4 Ultimate (buy some days ago in MS-Store)

- White static IP

About two weeks ago i install FH4 Demo and check it. It so was beautiful.

So, when i buy ultimate-edition, in first hour i cannot saw any trouble&errors. And progress saved successful.

However, yesterday i saw alert, about "all not saved progress will be deleted"... but
didn't attach importance.

Today all evening i cannot right-path connect to session

I was read over-over-more posts about this trouble, try many solutions but nothing helps.

What i does:

- add to router all ports

TCP: 3074

UDP: 88,500,3074,3544,4500

- check this https://support.xbox.com/he-IL/xbox-live-status - all status successful

- drop to default all rules in MS-Firewall

Nothing helps.

But i find this post

Also, when i turned off Windows Firewall, i noticed that now i have lowest ping and 0% packet loss, BUT i can't play online because of stupid microsoft teredo adapter. So, what might cause this problem?

And yes, me too - loss 100% packages in Settings -> Xbox Networking

And yes, me too - if i turn-off firewall and then turn-on (game not closed, just minimize),
i can join to session

Whats wrong?! Why i can play to game, when it's all (OS, game, .etc) is legal?

Are you having any connection issues with other games as well, or is it specifically on Forza Horizon 4 only?

If you try a Horizon Solo session, and then try to switch online, does it give you the same error message?

I've attempted the "Fix" in Settings, and it doesn't seem to work, I restarted my PC and tried fixing it again, but still to no avail.

I made sure those services were running and in Automatic startup, to which they are now.

-

I still face the issue in-game.

1. Go to settings>gaming>xbox network, wait for the test to finish, and click on ''fix''.

2. Press the Windows Button then type Services.

Right-click over the Services App from the list of results.

Then select Run as Administrator

Scroll to the bottom and find the following services:

IP Helper

Xbox Live Auth Manager,

Xbox Live Game Save,

Xbox Live Networking Service.

Do this with each of the services listed above.

Right-click over the service and select Properties.

Find the Startup type section and make sure it’s set to Automatic.

If the service isn’t started, click Start to start the services.

Click Apply and OK to save changes.

Then try the game again

As you are completely blocked, you need to make sure your system is setup with all the correct ports open etc.

What anti-virus program do you have? If it's a 3rd party one like Avast, norton, Kaspersky etc, then try disabling it...sometimes programs with active scanners can interfere...Windows has Defender so you are still covered anyway
