forza horizon 4 cannot connect online

im level 54 and whenever i try to go on forza life its stuck in a constant loading time with no joining, anyone know a fix?

nooo, the game plays fine, i cannot play online

 

Hi, there are a few people having the same issue, me included. I can only assume it's a server issue at the game end so all we can do is wait and it should hopefully be fixed very soon.

 

Ok so I'm not sure if this was a fluke or not, usually when I'm having network issues I tend to clear the alternate MAC on the Xbox which often gets things working. I did that and can now join the online side of the game, or it could just be they sorted
the server out.

To clear the alternate MAC assuming you're on Xbox One and not PC it's

Settings

Network

Network settings

Advanced settings

Alternate MAC address

Select Clear and then Restart

so many people are having this issue, including me. I've spent days troubleshooting trying every solution on the internet. I can play on the Xbox just fine but pc never works...
