Horizon 4 cannot be online

I purchased the Ultimate Edition, there is no way to connect to multiplayer games!!!

NAT Type: Open

Server connectivity: Connected

But when you get into the game, you can't connect to the online

please i need help for this issue i buy the game today and i dont want to lost my game

I play on my PC I was playing this game without gold on pc !!

I try everything in this page you give it to me I was talking to xbox support 5 times and for nothing I hope they can help us as soon I left my game because this problem dosnt fixed
