Forza Horizon 3 zurückgeben

Ich habe ein großes Problem mit dem Spiel Forza Horizon 3 für Win10. Ich habe es im Microsoft Store in der Ultimate-Edition gekauft und auch einige DLCs dazu.Leider ist es kaputt und läßt sich nicht reparieren.

Ich habe vor knapp drei Monaten mehrfach mit dem XBox-Support und anderen Support-Hotlines von Microsoft telefoniert und keine Hilfe erhalten (völlig unfähige Mitarbeiter). Ich habe mich im Forza Horizon 3 Forum gemeldet und dort wurde mehrfach versucht
mir zu helfen, leider völlig ohne Erfolg.

Es handelt sich offen sichtlich um ein Softwareproblem und ich kann das Spiel nicht mehr nutzen. Ich fühle mich nach drei Monaten ohne Hilfe bzw. ohne Lösung doch inzwischen ziemlich allein gelassen und bitte Sie daher um eine Erstattung des Kaufpreises
von über 125 EUR.

Meine XBox ID ist . Im Forza Forum (forums.forzamotorsport.net) bin ich ebenfalls unter diesem Namen angemeldet.

Ich erwarte eine Antwort Ihrerseits, und speisen Sie mich bitte nicht wider mit Inkompetenz ab, wie es die Hotline Mitarbeiter taten. Ich möchte eine Lösung für dieses Problem. Da mir ein Tier11 Mitarbeiter aus dem Forzamotorsport Forum geraten hat mich
an den Microsoft Support zu wenden, erwarte ich hiermit endlich einen Erfolgreichen Abschluss des Disasters "Forza Horizon 3" zu erreichen.

I have a big problem with the game Forza Horizon 3 for Win10. I bought it in the Microsoft store in the ultimate-edition with several DLCs. Unfortunately it doesn't work any more and it is not possible to repair or solve the problem.

I spoke to the XBox support hotline and several other Mircosoft hotlines about three months ago but i didn`t get any help (support ppl were totaly unable to help at all). Then i posted in the Forza Horizon 3 forum and they tried several times to help. Even
they couldn`t bring my account back to work again.

The problem is obviously a software issue and i cannot use the game any more. After three months where I really tried everything i could do to solve the problem, but nothing soved it, I feel let alone and I want to have my spent money back (about 125 EUR).

My XBox ID is . In the Forza Forum (forums.forzamotorsport.net) my account has the same name.

I expect an answer from you plz and don`t tell me again that you are unable to do something (like all support ppl in the hotlines did). I want a solution in this case. A Tier11 support user in the Forzamotorsport forum told me to post here in the Microsoft
Support forum for a cash back, therefore i write here and hope that this "Forza Horizon 3" dissaster can be brought to an end.
