Forza Horizon 3 - Xbox Achievement Troubleshooting

My name is
Daniel
and
I don't know
what to do
to unlock
achievements.
Some
of these achievements
are
100%
on the tab
and
others are
100%
game progress
and yet
these achievements
remain
blocked.
I tried to
restart
the console.
Tried to delete the
profile
and then
I reactivated.
When
I put
the game
Forza
3
Horizon
he
synced,
but
unfortunately
continued
the same way.
What can be done
to realize
my problem?

Me chamo Daniel e não sei o que fazer para desbloquear as conquistas. Algumas dessas conquistas estão 100% na aba e outras estão 100% no progresso do jogo e mesmo assim essas conquistas continuam bloqueadas.

Tentei reiniciar o console.

Tentei apagar o perfil e depois reativei. Quando coloquei o jogo Forza Horizon 3 ele sincronizou, mas infelizmente continuou do mesmo jeito.

O que pode ser feito para realizar meu problema?

Observação: Não sei ingles e usei o Bing Tradutor. Peco desculpas desde já.

Forza Horizon 3 : PC -> Xbox One = Achievements blocked

Since moving from PC to Xbox One, most of my Forza Horizon 3 achievements have been blocked.

Achievements earned when playing games may take effect after 72 hours. To verify if you've successfully unlocked the achievements, we recommend viewing your progress online. Here are the steps:

1. Sign in at xbox.com.
2. Select your profile icon in the upper-right corner, and then select Profile.
   
3. Tap or select Achievements.
4. Select the title of the achievement you're trying to unlock.
5. If the achievement appears under “Achievements,” it's already unlocked.

Note: You maybe required to unlocked the achievements again if it hasn't appeared online after 72 hours.
