Forza Horizon 3 Won’t start on my Xbox One

As of about two weeks ago, FH3 doesnt work anymore. I put the disk in, and when I click on the game’s icon to start it, it says to please check if the disk is dirty or scratched. The disk is in perfect condition, and I have tried cleaning it, but nothing
works. Some of my friends and some other people I’ve talked to said that this hapened to them as well, so I know it’s not an issue with my disk, any suggestions?

Forza horizon 4 play anywhere?

Hello. Will the forza horizon 4 be available in the program xbox play anywhere? Will I be able to play on xbox one and my brother on the pc? In forza horizon 3 was such an opportunity.

 

Try reinstalling the game and see if that helps. If that doesnt work, a new disc might. However, I doubt it’s the disk. So, I would say it could be the disk tray in your console that may be at fault. Does this happen with other games?

If none of those options work, contact
Xbox Support and see if they can figure out a solution or
register your device for repair.
