Forza Horizon 3 wont play

Just need some help. I was able to play my Forza Horizon 3 game on xbox/ windows 10 for three weeks. now it stops at the grey background screen with the two cars and wont boot... I have tried a few things that I read on forums but nothing helped so far.
. Please advise. Is there and update or patch that will fix this issue.

Is Forza Horizon 3 Hot wheels expansion standalone or part of main game ? Can we play it without main Forza Horizon 3 base game? or main game is required in order to play expansion pack?

Hi, I have tried most of these things apart from a reset.. and game still wont play.. Fire wall is not blocking it and removing temp files did not fix it... if I reset the game will I loose all my saved data cars and time played?
is there a way that resetting the game will still keep all data?

I played forza horizon then forza 3 beat horizon then got 3 played 3 until I got to year 3 in season racing went back to horizon and got the achievement and cars tried it on a different profile and it wont give me the achievement so ignore all this garbage
about swapping save devices and what not there is a bug or 2 in horizon and that is one of them so it may or may not give you it there isn't any thing you can do about I have tried all theories on how to get it and non of them work

I have just purchased forza horizon 3 on line installed ok played it last night now wont play with or without disc have reset consol etc all my other discs and games play perfect .Is my disc faulty.

Far Cry 3 and Forza Horizon. Forza is really fun online if you play with friends. I haven't played AC 3.
