Forza Horizon 3 won't launch on Windows

Hello all,

I need your help with Forza Horizon 3 - I bought the game licence for Xbox play anywhere, install it on my Xbox One and everything works fine, but because we are sharing the console between all my family members, so I want to use the benefit of Xbox play
anywhere licence and play it even on PC. And now, we are getting to my problem - I downloaded and installed the game on my PC (Windows store automatically recognized that I own the game) and when I run it (does not matter if from start, xbox app, or windows
store app), there is only forza logo for few seconds and after that it close without any error. Only error is in Event Viewer :

My PC specs are above minimal:

CPU: i5 6500 - my Intel graphics is disabled in BIOS

GPU: GTX 1060 6GB

RAM: 8GB DDR4 (I even tried to put in 16GB from second computer and nothing changed)

Windows 10 Pro x64

I tried:
- completely redownload game to different disk (i am not sure why the faulting application path is on C: when i have game on D:, but as I understands there is some kind of shortcut where the path looks like from C

- completely disable antivirus and firewall software

- sfc /scannow - no errors found

- create new local account and login only to store and start game from there

- reset the game in windows settings

- clear windows store cache

- maximize game just when the window shows

- update all drivers to the newest

- disconnect second monitor

- disable xbox dvr in xbox app

- log out of xbox app and microsoft store

- forward ports on my router

and random combinations of things above

Any other app or game is working great for me - for example Forza Motorsport 6: Apex

I really want to make the game work for me, I paid a lot of money for it. Please can you help me somehow?

So I tried both things - result -> Windows store cache reset (again) and no updates found (my Forza Horizon 3 is version 1.0.54.2) and game still not working

So, actual state - I run (as administrator) Troubleshooter for Windows 10 provided by your link. It found and repaired problem with service BIS, but the game still not working, no change in behaviour. After that I tried clean boot exactly as it is described
in Microsoft manual provided and run the game during this clean boot - no effect the game still crashed with the same error.

I am ready to do clean install of windows and install the game on C: drive, but I don't want to do this until I try all possibilities, because it is very time consuming and I am not sure if it corrects my problem.

So, I made few more observations and to answer your questions:

• I am not experiencing any issues with different Xbox Play Anywhere titles, because I don't own any other XPA titles, I own only Forza Horizon 3, which is related to this issue.
• I didn't make any changes to my PC HW even SW, only change was to install Forza Horizon 3 on my PC - the was never installed on any of my PCs before.
• On my Xbox One it works and today I tried to install it (downloaded the whole 52GB fourth time) on my older laptop (which is far below minimum system requirements) and voila, the game works there, it hasn't playable FPS, but it works. - Laptop configuration
  is: CPU: i5 3230m, GPU: Nvidia GT 740m 64bit, RAM: 8GB DDR3, OS: Windows 10 Pro x64 - laptop connected to the same network as PC.
• I tried to disconnect PC from my router and connect it via my mobile phone connection (LTE via tethering) and only change was, that the game showed not only Forza logo, but even copyright info and after that it crashed again and when I tried it again it
  returns to the old way - crashing right after Forza logo.

I checked it and I have DX12 installed correctly (other games using DX12, but which are classic desktop games, are working properly).

1. I have only one account on PC, I created new local account, logged in to store with my microsoft credentials and tried to run the game, but it wants to download it again even when the game is in computer installed, so I cancelled it.
2. All my drivers are up to date, I am using software to check for new versions of drivers and update them about two days after release of new WHQL version. (Same software used on laptop mentioned).
3. Same as drivers, my system is up to date, I am running Check for updates in Windows settings every week. System version is 1607, build 14393.953 - same as laptop mentioned.
4. I tried that a lot of times before I asked for help there on support.

It is sad that the game is working properly on first try on my laptop which is under minimum requirements and on my PC which should meet minimum requirements and is much more powerfull the game wont start even after two redownloads.

Thanks for response, I tried clean boot earlier (based on your suggestion) and it didn't help. I even post my problem on Forza Horizon 3 forums at the same time as here, but no one responded with any solution.

Today I will try to format completely my hard drive, perform clean install of Windows and install the game on C: drive (system partition), because this is only difference (besides the HW) between installation on my PC and my laptop, which worked.

After that I will post here the result.

So, finaly the game is working - the problem was caused by my antivirus software Comodo Internet Security, I must completely uninstall Comodo to make the game work, when I install it back, game starts crashing even when I disabled all components of Comodo
and closed all processes of it. So I uninstall it and use BitDefender - now the game works perfectly
