Forza Horizon 3 Wont Install

Hi,

I have Forza Horizon 3 disc, and when I try and install the game onto my Xbox One, the installation is always stopping at 7%. When i try the try installation again option, it will change to installing, however it does not install, and after about 30 seconds,
it will come back with installation stopped. I have tried installing it offline, and still it stops installing after a certain amount.

Any Fixes?

I pre-ordered the Forza Horizon 3 standard $60 game but pc wont allow mw to install it keeps telling me there was a problem on our end.

please comment if you can help

Forza Horizon 3 Disappeared from library

I should add that other games install just fine, just not Forza Horizon 3!!

Hi,

If you can't install the game using a game disc, there may be issues with the disc. Other factors are not enough storage space and corrupted files on your device's hard drive. Let's isolate your concern by answering the following questions:

Have you tried installing other games to check if the same issue occurs?

Are there any external devices connected to your console? (e.g. USB flash drive, headset, speakers)

Meanwhile, we recommend clearing the console's persistent storage. This will remove temporary files. Your data won't be affected. Here are the steps:

Scroll left on the Home screen to open the Guide.

Select Settings.

Select All Settings.

Select Disc & Blu-Ray.

In the Blu-Ray section, select Persistent Storage.

Select Clear persistent storage.

Restart your Xbox One console. Install the game and check if the same issue occurs.

Keep us posted with the progress. We'd be glad to provide you additional assistance.

WONT ALLOW FOR THE USE OF THE INSTALLED FORZA 4 HORIZON. ALSO, WONT ALLOW TO UN-INSTALL THE GAME FOR RE-INSTALLING.

I have just purchased forza horizon 3 on line installed ok played it last night now wont play with or without disc have reset consol etc all my other discs and games play perfect .Is my disc faulty.
