Forza Horizon 3 won't download

Can you go to https://www.microsoft.com/p/forza-horizon-3/9nblggh1z7tw and download the game from there?

Please check if your console has enough storage. To manage both your internal and external storage:

Press the Xbox button  on your controller to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Storage devices.

On the Storage devices screen, a graphic for each drive displays the percentage of space used and available free space.

If you have enough storage on your console, it’s possible that the local save for your Forza Horizon 3 game has become corrupted. If so, deleting the local save and re-syncing with the cloud might correct the problem.

First, delete the local save:

Press the Xbox button  to open the guide and then select My Games & apps > See all > Games.

Highlight the game title, and then press the Menu button  on your controller.

Select Manage game and add-ons > Saved data.

Select Delete All to remove the local save of this game, then follow the prompts.

After you delete the local save, restart your Xbox:

Press and hold the Xbox button  in the center of your controller.

Select Restart console, then follow the prompts.

After you restart your Xbox, re-sync your saved games to the cloud. Your saved games are automatically stored in the cloud while you’re connected to the Xbox service.

Try installing the game again to see if re-syncing with the cloud corrected the game problem.

I have tried to factory reset it, tried to cancel install and start it again but that is all I have thought of

Nothing to worry, you will still be able to install and play your game Forza Horizon 3 if you owned/purchased the license on your account even if the game is delisted. This just means that Forza Horizon 3 will be unavailable for purchase after September 27, 2020 and matchmaking and leaderboard services; will not be guaranteed.

If I may ask, may I know which device are you using to play the game, is it on Windows PC or Xbox console?

Also, may I know what have you done so far on fixing the download error?
