Just bumping/chiming in on this post too so support sees it. Glad I'm not alone, have been posting this everywhere I can. Still no code here either despite being a day 1 player of MCC and H5 and every Halo and Forza in existence. And lets add in live gold
subscriber since live was launched. Needless to say my brand loyalty is a bit shaken here...

 

Just spoke with customer support. There has been a delay due to mass amounts of people wanting the same code so it might come a bit late. They said to wait up to another 3 days and we should recieve it.
