Forza Horizon 3 Warthog - Not appearing

Hi, I received the DLC code for my Warthog to use in Forza Horizon 3 and redeemed it via the Xbox app, but it hasn't actually appeared as a download item when I go to Manage Game on my Xbox One. I've been playing since early access started and figured it
might just be a pre-release thing, so I waited until today, but there's still no sign of it.

And yes, before anyone tells me, I know that ultimately the car should appear as a Gift item in the Social tab, in-game, but it's not there either.

So, redeemed code without an error, no downloadable item, no in-game gift car.

If I try to redeem the code again then it tells me, quite righty, that the code has already been used, so I know I did complete the redeem successfully.

I accidentally uninstalled my warthog gift car for forza horizon 3

I uninstalled the warthog for forza horizon 3 to to it not appearing in game but now I cannot find it to reinstall

The Forza Horizon 3 Known Issues thread doesn't specifically address the issue of the Warthog DLC not appearing in-game after redeeming the code.

You should check your Forza Horizon 3 inbox for a gift car. Your Warthog should appear in there.

Please let us know if you still don't see it!

 

It's difficult to detect sarcasm in the written word, but I'll go with my hope that wasn't sarcastic.

As I said in my original post, my Warthog is not in my Forza Horizon 3 inbox. I'm well aware it should appear as a gift item, but it hasn't.

So, as requested, I've checked (again) and I'm letting you know.

 

I just checked my message center in-game (again) ... Still no warthog. :/

 

I'm not sure if anyone has done anything or whether it's just luck, but I have received my Warthog this morning. It definitely wasn't there last night, but it's there now so that's me happy.

I just checked the in-game message center again... still no warthog. :/

I had the same problem.

 

Checking in again... Still no warthog in the in-game message center.

Quite frankly, I'm getting tired of not seeing it anywhere each and every time play FH3. I'm beginning to feel like nothings really being done about this. Is there a way I can get this resolved sometime in the next 24 hours? (maybe a new warthog redemption
code, perhaps?)

 

A real update this time! WARTHOG DELIVERED! I checked the ready-to-install section and low-n-behold, a warthog add-on! Once I installed it and loaded the game, I immediately got a pop-up message of a new car. Big thanks, guys! I'm happy now!
