Forza Horizon 3 Update Fail

Apologies if this is a repeat issue, I could not find anything specifically related to this issue. Xbox One S, fully updated. The issue is that the newest Forza Horizon 3 update file is having serious download issues. Basically anytime the new update file
reaches over 100MB it goes from my typical download speeds to a ridiculous 50Kbps and will not return to normal speeds. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game. Plus, as the attached images show, the back compat patch update for Mass Effect (which
is similar in size) is downloading at totally normal rates. Also, I downloaded a 20GB file for one of my PS4 games and have no issues there either.

Mise a jour/update Horizon 3 FR/EN

Depuis la mise a jour de Forza Horizon 3 quand je lance le jeux cela me dit : "Le profil forza Horizon que vous tentez de charger n'est plus disponible" aidez moi svp :'(

Since the update of Forza Horizon 3 when I launch the game it says: "The profile forza Horizon that you are trying to load is no longer available"

Hello, since an update, Forza Horizon 3 fails to start. No error. I see a launch page and after this page closes.

When will a patch be available ?

Before this update, all work.

Hi. Did you try with a console power cycle + cache cleaning?
