Warthog Unlock Code in Horizon 3

I have the Halo Masterchief collection & Forza Horizon 3 and I lost my code that was sent to me by Xbox live to unlock the Warthog in Horizon 3. How can I recover it?!?

I recently downloaded Forza horizon 3 and realized I do not have the code to unlock the Halo Warthog. I have halo 5 for Xbox one. Is there anyway I can get another code?
