Hi, I purchased Forza Horizon 3 Ultimate Edition and put the 25 digit code for the VIP membership, All stars pack, and Car pass on xbox.com and it said successful but i went to my xbox and it never showed up or ever started downloading.

After some further Googling, I have found the follwing at

i just got off from support regarding this issue with me as well. they told me to come here and see the promotional team. i guess this is happening to a lot of people...

Same here. The VIP membership and 6 pre-order cars were accepted on XBOX.com, but the VIP membership never turned up on the console, only the 6 pre-order cars.

 

I don't know what the deal is. I paid $100 for this game and I want my stuff

 

same thing here I find it in the addon page and it still acting like I got to buy them

 

This is a known issue with the game currently. Unfortunately there's no exact timetable for when it will definitely be fixed. Some have said Monday.
