    Forza Horizon 3 Ultimate edition pre order,but NO VIP treatments


    I pre ordered the ultimate edition of the game and frankly speaking the Xbox One version worked fine since it unlocked to ultimate edition owner. I then tried to download the game on my PC and it downloaded with no error to me. and can run as well...

    then I realised there is no VIP spin wheel , but normal one, and no other DLC I could had on my Xbox One lile VIP pass, pre order pass contents. and when I tried "manage" on the store app in the ultimate edition page, it brought me to the My games and apps
    list and I could not see options to download those items as well.

    I tried to get Xbox support and in the chat they told me this issue is recently reported a lot. and suggest me to get Windows support in stead of them. I was on the waiting line for chat on line for more than 10 minutes and no one really picked up my phone,
    even the line is there (call me back function).

    now what?

    Unable to download Forza Horizon 3 Ultimate Edition

    My Forza Horizon 3 Ultimate Edition is runnable.

    But VIP access and carpack is unabled.

    Problem Forza Horizon 3 Ultimate Edition

    I've pre-ordered the Ultimate Edition of Forza Horizon 3.

    The problem is that in the Microsoft Store, it says that i'm the owner of the Ultimate Edition, and when i download it it's not the Ultimate Edition.

    The second problem is that i've no pre-order bonus.

    If someone can help with that...

    update: as advised by some friends having same issue I called Windows support and got help cancelled the pre order, then re-pre-ordered the game.

    test so far I could see the VIP effect in wheelspin.

    though I am not sure how I could download game dlc in Windows 10 store for games. anyone can advise? for future reference..thanks a lot.

    No. Preorders are not eligible for VIP.
    I'm trying to understand why pre-orders are not eligible for vip. Is it because otherwise you would get rewarded twice, e.g. once for the vip star boost and once for the on demand pre-order punch card?

    The fact that it's not eligible for the star boost is a real downer for me. I would like to pre-order Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition in order to play the Halo Wars Definitive Edition straight away.

    Forza Horizon 3 Disappeared from library

    Micro666, I believe that something else is playing havok with our downloads. I have Forza Horizon 3 Ultimate edition listed in my purchase history, and it has been charged to my card, so the payment is complete, yet I have the same issue you do. Forza Horizon
    3 Ultimate Edition has a Manage button, and the Horizon 3 game listing says "Only available as part of a bundle", in addition to Buy buttons under the Ultimate Edition DLC packs. If I go to download the game through the library link, it will get to either
    25.86 MB or 30MB, then display the same error. It doesn't matter whether I am trying to install it to my OS SSD, or my Game HDD.

    I have read elsewhere, but can't remember exactly where, that there may be an issue with the PC Horizon pre-orders. If there is a pre-order issue, it could be causing our problems.

    Miss Ghidorah, I can search for the game through the store, but every attempt to install it fails with error 80073CF9.
