Forza Horizon 3 Ultimate edition/Expansion pass.

Hi! I recently Purchased Forza Horizon 3 ultimate pre-order edition (digital). When I scroll over to the marketplace tab, there is an advertisement for an expansion pass. Is this included in my purchase or do I need to buy separately?

Forza Horizon 3 Expansion Pass... Ultimate edition bought but price 35$ instead of the announced 25$

As in https://www.microsoft.com/en-US/store/p/Forza-Horizon-3-Expansion-Pass/9NBLGGH4T5FT states 34,99$ but as a Ultimate edition owner, the
price should be 24,99$

On horizon forums some people see the discounted price, others NOT, this looks like an store bug?

i've got an digital ultimate edition so i know xbox store KNOWS i own the cited edition...

why is not appearing the announced price?

You will need to buy this separately but it is available at a reduced price for the people bought the ultimate version of the game for a limited period.
