Forza Horizon 3 Ultimate Edition DLC

I have pre ordered a physical copy of Forza Horizon 3 Ultimate Edition, and got my UE perks through a voucher code. However, my account was breached, and it had to be transferred over to a new one. Now when I look at it in store, it says to purchase it again,
and in the in-game store it does not say "purchased", rather it says "new". The cars are still free to purchase in the Autoshow. I spoke to a support rep and they said it was purchased on my account, however, I still see that it is purchasable. I would just
like to make sure I didn't lose $40, and that my DLC is in my hands.

Hi, contains Forza Horizon 3 Ultimate Edition also Blizzard Mountain DLC? Or do I have to pay extra DLC?
