Forza Horizon 3 sign in issues on PC

In game error: "You may not proceed without being signed in to a profile"

Signed in on the xbox live app on Windows 10, but am unable to play Forza Horizon 3 (cannot connect due to not being signed in to an account). This occurs right after the opening game launch screen. After pressing enter (A button) a small tab open and closes
instantly followed by the error message at the top. So far I know of three others who are also having the same issue. The game was recently updated, which I believe is what triggered this to happen.

Cant join clubs or make them on pc.

You don't need Gold for a Forza Horizon 4 Club. I was able to join a Forza Horizon 3 club aswell on pc. And on PC Gold doesn't exist

If you visit the Windows Store on your PC, are you able to download Forza Horizon 3 from there without any issues?

Thanks for trying Lester, but none of that helped. Still unable to connect to multiplayer in Forza Horizon 3 or Forza Horizon 4 on PC.

Does this issue only occur with Forza Horizon 3 or are there more games with the same issue ?

Is it possible for you to connect you're pc directly to the modem ?
