Forza Horizon 3 – Redeemed Warthog Missing!

So I redeemed the warthog code and noticed it was attached to the Forza Horizon 3 demo. I uninstalled the demo and installed the full game yesterday on release and the "Gift Car Warthog" had moved and was now installed with the game. All good so far.

After playing the game for a couple of hours I still couldn't access the warthog in game, so i uninstalled the dlc (i've had dlc not install properly previously), assuming i could just reinstall it from the "ready to install" section. But it no longer appears?!
As the code has been redeemed how else am i suppose to access the dlc as xbox one doesn't have a download history section on xbox.com?

I have checked the inbox section of the game and nothing.

Could a moderator please advise?

I too have the same problem... except I deleted the message xbox sent after redeeming the code

I've posted here, on twitter, in the forza forums and feedback via the console and no response! I've done all the steps mentioned in other posts, so is someone going to release a statement confirming the problem. Can support or a moderator respond to this
thread and help with this issue?

Hey everyone.

Our teams are aware of some trouble with this and are still looking into it. Be sure to keep an eye on the in-game inbox for the car to be gifted to you. If you are eligible it should appear there for you. Please be sure to continue checking back for the
Warthog, once this is fully corrected you should receive it if you're eligible.

 

Will it be gifted in game even though the dlc is no longer installed and there is no way to reinstall it? I still have the original message from Xbox live with the code if proof of purchase is needed

 

I am also experiencing issues with my Warthog code, but we should give it some time for this problem to be fixed. There are other vehicles that will keep you entertained in the mean time.

 

My warthog issue is now sorted. Not sure if there was a patch yesterday but the dlc randomly appeared in the ready to install section. So I installed it, went back to the the game and it was instantly added to my garage.

If anyone else is currently experiencing this issue, please check under your Ready to Install list for the content. If you see it there, please install it and try accessing the Warthog again
