Forza Horizon 3 Redeem Code - Not Showing Game

By the way.

I think it's a Microsoft problem because when I go on a Windows PC and look at my recent orders. I click the install button and all it does is show me the code I used to get the game.

 

Yeah the exact same for me, just shows the code again

 

I have a theory

I think it's because Microsoft haven't added a forza 3 plus the hot wheels package to the windows store or the Xbox store so it can't recognise what we have bought. I've just been on the windows 10 store and checked every version of the game but they all
ask me to pay money. If I go on the 3 dots on the top right of the windows store and choose purchased its right there on the list but it says forza horizon 3 and hot wheels expansion bundle. Something that is not on any store.

Microsoft can you please add it. I sold my playstation to buy this Xbox. Don't make me regret it.

 

im not in America either but on my purchase history it shows up as dollars instead of pounds.

 

Am I to take it from your silence you havent got a clue how to fix this issue..

I'll give you a hint. We will send you our useless codes and you can send us a new code that gives us forza horizon ultimate edition.

 

this should have been sorted straight away I have been on the phone with them about 6 times trying to get a straight answer and all they say is they are working on it

It’s been a week since I used my code now.

 

Just logged into my Xbox and the Games and Apps button said it was updating the store, checked my ready to install and Forza was there, try updating your store, not sure if the DLC is there, only just installing the game now.

 

Notify us with the results after installing the game.

 

Finally done

The store upgrade happened then forza horizon 3 appeared in my downloads then indirectness game I was able to download the hot wheels add-on as it recognised my purchase.
