Forza Horizon 3 Redeem Code - Not Showing Game

I just bought an Xbox One S which came with a free game (Forza Horizon 3 + Hot Wheels Expansion Pack) After setting the console up I proceeded to enter my code into the Redeem code section of the store. It accepted the code and said it will be in my "Ready
to install" list, it isn't. I have tried resetting the Xbox, tried logging out and back in again, so i contacted the support team who said to post on here.

Hey, I accidentally deleted the code to redeem my warthog for Forza Horizon 3, my gamer tag is:

today i redeem forza horizon 3 code on www.xbox.com/es-ar and dont apear in my game list en windows! please help.

I don't really know why Support would redirect you to the forums since they should be able to assist in a case like this, but let's try a few things.

On the leaflet that had the code, does it show one or multiple codes to redeem? In some cases both the game and the dlc will have seperate codes and if you only redeem the DLC (Hot wheels in this case) one the game itself won't show up, you will have to
use all codes in such case.

Just to be sure, make sure to use the same account for redeeming the code(s) if there are indeed more.

Also double check the Queue in the My Games & Apps section, since downloading a game will take a while, if it is downloading it shows in the Queue.

Tried searching the store, it says "not sold separately" and the usual purchase button has been replaced with a game hub button, I've also checked my queue and its not there and there is only one code, I did check my purchase history on xbox.com and the
game is there but i cant figure out how to get it onto the console.

I am having the exact same problem mate and is driving me nuts. I will continue the search for a solution and let you know if I find anything. Contacting Microsoft is like getting blood from a stone. If you find a solution post it on here please.

 

im having the same problem. If anyone finds a fix please let me know. It was actually a birthday present for my daughter so I'm really annoyed she can't even play the thing.

If you can't find the game in your Xbox One's Ready to Install list, it may be because the Xbox profile doesn't detect the game license. To resolve this concern, we recommend that you remove and re-add your Xbox profile. See

How to add or remove a Microsoft account on Xbox One for the steps. Make sure to restart your device before re-adding your Microsoft account. After re-adding your profile, proceed with manually installing the game from the Xbox Store. Here are the steps:

1. Scroll right on the Xbox Home screen and select the Search all button in the store.
2. Find Forza Horizon 3.
3. Click Install.

It says buy $49.99 when I have already put the code in so I should own it. Plus I'm not in America either so it should be in pounds.
