    Forza Horizon 3 Profile Error


    Hey, i bought Forza Horizon 3 Ultimate Edition and get an Error in game.

    For your info i play in german because i am german

    I can download the game and start it and in the moment when it connects to the xbox app i get an error message saying:

    Ungültiges Profil / invalid profile

    Das Forza Horizon-Profil,das sie laden möchten, ist nicht mehr verfügbar. Bitte setzen sie sich mit dem XBox-Support in Verbindung.

    I called Microsoft Support and they told me to write here.

    Seems like the license is ok but something with my profile

    I had the Demo installed sometime ago but i installed my OS and Game new to fix that error but it didnt helped.

    Please fix my profile error or transfer the code to a new account, its sad that i cant play a 100 bucks game atm and even telephone support couldnt help me

    Mise a jour/update Horizon 3 FR/EN

    Depuis la mise a jour de Forza Horizon 3 quand je lance le jeux cela me dit : "Le profil forza Horizon que vous tentez de charger n'est plus disponible" aidez moi svp :'(

    Since the update of Forza Horizon 3 when I launch the game it says: "The profile forza Horizon that you are trying to load is no longer available"

    Error code 0x803F8001​ when trying to play a game on Windows 10

    Getting this error when I try and run Forza Horizon 3 on my PC:

    Forza Horizon 3 is currently not available in your account. Here’s the error code, in case you need it: 0x803F8001

    Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums for this issue with Forza Horizon 3. Have you been able to sign into other games successfully on Xbox Live? What is the exact error code or message that you've received when getting booted upon successful sign
    in? Is the Xbox profile you're logging into the one that purchased the game initially?

    To properly isolate your concern, we need to answer the following questions:

    1. Are you getting any error messages?

    2. Do you have the physical copy or digital version of Forza Horizon 3?

    3. Are you accessing the game on Windows 10 or Xbox One?

    4. Are you experiencing issues with other games as well?

    Connection required

    The first error message is: "Login required

    You can not continue without being connected to a profile. " (Forza Horizon 3 )

    Then the second is just when I click on the connect it does nothing. (Forza Hub)

    I'm on windows 10, I only have digital.

    Currently I only have Forza Horizon 3 on the windows store so yes, there are no Forza that do not work.

    No other problem with my other games.

    I have exactly the same gray square for forza horizon 3 but it does not last long, half a second I would say, here I have time to take it in screen
