Forza Horizon 3 Problems

Hi, I preordered the standard edition of Horizon 3 back in June. I have the game, but I didn't receive any of my preorder bonuses and my halo warthog code was redeemed but the vehicle is not listed in garage or in ready to install. I did have one oddity
that for a week up until last night I was getting emails saying the date of release for my preorder changed and then a message saying payment declined. Any help is appreciated and I'll answer with any information I can offer. Thanks

This sounds to me like a billing issue/problem. My idea is to contact the Microsoft support and they will probably ask for the code and they can check it ou whta happened to them .
