I purchase Forza Horizon 3 today on www.instant-gaming.com. I download the game with the windows store, but when i'm start Forza Horizon 3 a message say me don't load Forza Horison 3 profil so ididn't play...

Is this on Windows 10?

If you bought the game in the Windows Store, search for the game and it should let you download the game from there. Alternatively, click on your profile picture in the Store and select 'My Library' and you might see it in that list, from which you should
be able to download it.

I have this same problem. I pre ordered the ultimate edition. When i go to the store, it says that I own the product, however there is option to install or download the game and is not listed in the Xbox app as one of my games. Any suggestions? Thanks
