Forza Horizon 3 problem with pre-order downloable content

Got the same problem and pre ordered Forza Horizon 3, NHL 17, Bioshock Collection and Batman return to Arkham. Still no reward. Didn't have to pre order but with the promo I decided why not. Shouldn't have and won't pre order again. I'm not happy right now.

I also pre-ordered Forza Horizon 3, and received it, would really like to drive the Warthog
