Forza Horizon 3 pre-order Mercedes-benz car code not received from dash board

Pre-ordered the Forza Horizon 3 ultimate edition from the xbox one dashboard and never received my Mercedes-Benz car code.

Others on the forza forums mentioned that they already received their code a day after early access, on the 24th of September.

Please send a code to my dashboard. The game description did state that I would get a code.

I did early digital pre-purchase Forza Horizon 3 Ultimate NOT RECEIVED code the MERCEDES BENZ E63 S COUPE custom.

My friends who have made the same purchase now Mercedes received the code by cash console messages, but I did not get anything.
